VIP ENTRY [only applicable if you have a VIP-ticket]
The VIP entrance is different from the regular entrance. If you are facing AFAS Live, you will find the VIP entrance on the right. This entrance is indicated with 'VIP CHECK-IN' signs.

Upon arrival you will receive your VIP merchandise and a weekend wristband. This wristband, along with your ticket, gives access to C2C: Country to Country on Sunday March 8. Note: without a wristband you will not have access on Sunday. On Sunday you can also enter through the regular entrance (by showing your wristband).

VIP MERCHANDISE [only applicable if you have a VIP-ticket]
You will find various VIP items in your VIP goodiebag. Please go to the merchandise stand (in the general entrance hall) with the coupon from your goodiebag in exchange for the VIP T-shirt. We recommend that you do this as soon as possible after arrival.

WEEKEND TICKET [only applicable if you have a WEEKEND-ticket]
Upon arrival you will receive a weekend wristband. This wristband, along with your ticket, gives access to C2C: Country to Country on Sunday March 8. Note: without your wristband you will not have access on Sunday.

During C2C: Country to Country, AFAS Live is divided into two 'areas'. The first part, the Isla Talent Stage, can be found on the first floor. This is a general access area without seats, so there is only standing at the Isla Talent Stage. There are no reserved seats here and there is a limited capacity. There is a fixed, reserved seat for the shows in the Black Box (Main Stage). You will find your row and seat number on your ticket.

However, we ask for your understanding that there is a chance that people will stand in front of their own seats to dance during performances by the artists on the Main Stage. You are only allowed to stand in front of your chair and dance, not to stand in front of the stage. Security will pay attention to this.

In addition to the merchandise stand (in the general entrance hall), signing sessions will take place. The schedule can be found on the board at the signing table.
